Welcome to SheetVision. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our data analysis platform, websites, and services. By using SheetVision, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SheetVision, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

If you are using SheetVision on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SheetVision is a cloud-based data analysis platform that provides:

  • Automated analysis of spreadsheet data (Excel, CSV, and similar formats)
  • AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Data visualization and reporting tools
  • Secure data processing and storage
  • Export capabilities for analysis results

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to SheetVision. We do not claim any ownership over your data or the content of your files.

5.2 License Grant

By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the analysis services you request. This license terminates when your data is deleted from our systems.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality, reliability, appropriateness, and accuracy of your data
  • Ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data
  • Compliance with all applicable data protection laws
  • Maintaining your own backups of important data

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Pricing

Some features require a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel.

6.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including GST, VAT, or sales tax based on your jurisdiction.

The SheetVision platform, including its design, logo, code, features, and documentation, is owned by SheetVision and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about our service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

SheetVision is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Analysis Results

The analysis and insights generated by SheetVision are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis. You should not rely solely on our analysis for making significant business or financial decisions.

8.3 Third-Party Services

SheetVision may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetVision and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any business decisions made based on our analysis

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SheetVision in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SheetVision and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Data you upload or process through the service

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SheetVision shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SheetVision regarding the service.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
