We want you to be completely satisfied with SheetVision. This policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your SheetVision subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- Self-Service: Log into your account, navigate to Settings → Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Email Request: Send a cancellation request to support@sheetvision.comfrom your registered email address
- Support Chat: Contact our support team through the in-app chat
1.2 Cancellation Timing
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to premium features until the billing period ends
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier
1.3 Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your analysis reports remain accessible on the free tier
- Historical data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
- You can export your data at any time before it is deleted
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain full access
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has begun or services have been rendered. This policy is in place because:
- Analysis services are delivered instantly upon request
- Premium features are accessible immediately after payment
- Our costs for processing and analysis are incurred at time of service
2.2 Eligible Refund Circumstances
We may provide a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical Issues
- Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours)
- A documented bug prevented you from using core features
- We were unable to resolve a critical technical issue affecting your account
Billing Errors
- You were charged an incorrect amount
- You were charged after cancellation was confirmed
- Duplicate charges were processed for the same billing period
Accidental Purchase
- Request made within 24 hours of purchase
- No premium services were used after purchase
- First-time occurrence for your account
2.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@sheetvision.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
2.4 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated
- Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds:
- Annual Plans: If cancelling within the first 30 days, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused months
- Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue a feature that was central to your subscription, you may receive a pro-rated refund
- Extended Downtime: Service outages exceeding our SLA may result in credits or partial refunds
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees for periods where services were used
- One-time analysis purchases after reports are generated
- Subscriptions cancelled after the current billing period
- Fees for services rendered in good faith
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
5. Free Trial
We offer free analysis for all users. If you used the free tier before subscribing, you had the opportunity to evaluate our service before committing to a paid plan.
6. Chargebacks
We request that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks:
- Result in immediate account suspension
- May result in permanent ban from the platform
- Can often be resolved more quickly through direct communication
7. Currency and Regional Considerations
Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment. Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund may result in slight differences in local currency amounts.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will not affect refund requests already in progress or purchases made before the change.
